How does this comply with CRA charitable tax receipt rules?

Under Canada Revenue Agency guidelines, a business cannot claim a charitable tax receipt for a commercial physical purchase. Honormaker's checkout and receipts state: "This payment covers custom physical production, archival framing, and delivery. It does not constitute a charitable donation and is not eligible for an official CRA tax receipt." The final wording remains subject to applicable law and review.

Does Honormaker cold-email or scrape charity sponsor lists?

We do not contact sponsors without explicit organizer authorization. Any email workflow, sender identity, physical address and unsubscribe mechanism must complete legal and operational review against applicable CASL requirements before launch.

What happens if an acrylic plaque is damaged during winter delivery?

If a package arrives damaged, contact us with the order number and clear photos. We will review the supplier claim and coordinate a replacement or refund under the published policy; timing depends on verification and the carrier.

Can we customize signatures, foundation seals, and bilingual logos?

Yes. We prepare production files for the approved SKU and review source resolution before proof approval. Final print quality depends on the submitted artwork and selected product.
