These terms apply to purchases of personalized physical sponsor-recognition displays from Honormaker. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and personalization
Each display is made to order using the information, wording, logos and files supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for checking names, dates, spelling, translations and permissions for submitted artwork.
2. Orders and payment
An order is accepted only after payment is successfully confirmed by our payment provider. A checkout redirect, abandoned checkout or payment attempt is not a confirmed order. We may contact you if information needed to produce the order is missing or unclear.
3. Proof and production
We may provide a digital proof before production. Production begins after the required order information and proof approval are received. Changes requested after approval may require an additional charge or updated delivery date.
4. Delivery area
Honormaker currently accepts delivery addresses in Canada and the United States only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for any applicable customs, duties or taxes charged by the destination.
5. Custom products, changes and refunds
Because personalized displays are made to order, cancellation and refund eligibility may change once production has started. Contact us promptly using the order email if you need to correct an order. We will address manufacturing defects or damage reported with reasonable evidence and may repair, replace or refund the affected item at our discretion, subject to applicable law.
6. Customer content
You confirm that you have the right to use submitted names, logos, photographs, signatures and other materials. You grant Honormaker permission to use them only to prepare, produce, deliver and support your order, unless you separately authorize portfolio or marketing use.
7. Commercial purchase
Payment is for custom physical production, finishing and delivery. It is not a charitable donation and does not qualify for an official charitable tax receipt.
